Pombalino building, in the middle of Lisbon’s historical area, located on a quiet street in the 'Sé' area.
Composed of four floors, the building is in excellent condition and stands out for the almost complete conservation of the period architecture, including a beautiful collection of 'azulejos' as well as some period frescoes. The ground floor consists of grandiose dome shaped halls that beside allowing for parking for at least three cars, can have a variety of other uses, such as a shop, spa, wine cellar, home cinema etc.
The first floor is currently used exclusively as a living and entertainment area. The period architecture was maintained to preserve the experience of several different but communicating rooms, recreating different themes that are majestically decorated. This floor also has a full kitchen, a parlour, a library and access to the lush garden, a real pearl in the middle of the city.
The second floor currently allows the operation of two separate households. It is the fantastic river views, the high ceilings and the nobility of the 'azulejos' that characterise this floor as a whole.
The third floor consists of a bedroom, bathroom and a large living room with wonderful views of the river and the city!
