Listed on the National Register of Historic Places this 1870 two story I-House with Italianate details has been fully restored by two separate meticulous Owners. The stucco exterior has been freshly painted, the standing seam metal roof restored and the stone foundation repointed.
Major restorations from 2013 to 2015 updated infrastructure and enhanced both interior and exterior elements. A second restoration, 2015 to 2025, continued this work, enclosing the original two-story sleeping porches to expand the interior living space and refinishing two of the three lower-level rooms.
