Super excited to represent this beautiful hacienda style ranch with indoor / outdoor living, just north of San Miguel. At the entrance as you meander through the grove of mature trees, there is a spacious cottage for the night watchman complete with kitchenette. As you pass by the alfalfa you will see horses frolicking and playing in the fields. To the left, you will see the beautiful Spanish style ranch home, complete with stables, corrals, bodega, office, and service quarters as well. This is a trophy property by Alan Wilkerson. Come and escape the heat of the north.
The main residence has two bedrooms en-suite, a 1/2 bath off the entry way for entertaining with a beautiful colonial style eat-in kitchen. After a ride on your horse, jump into the heated pool. Surrounded by lush gardens and a grove of Olive trees, this property can not be missed. There is an executive office that can easily be turned into a third bedroom en-suite in the main home as well. This is actually a ranch for breeding horses, with various large corrals and 5 horse stalls. complete with its own concession of 35,000m3 of water approved by CONAGUA.
As you pass by the main residence you see the turn out corrals and an adorable little one bedroom en suite bungalow, that sits right near the lake …. Paddle board, kayak, or just sit and read a book and relax near the lake. There are also chickens just roaming enjoying the good life.
