History of Kuszmann bazaar
Július Kuszmann from Kež mark built Kuszmann's bazaar on the ground of today's hotel Tatry (the name used until the recent past). In 1896, it was the first store that opened its premises for customers of Tatransk á Lomnica. Unfortunately, it was destroyed by fire in 1903 but a new brick store was built the following summer. Until 1945, the store was run by the son of the original owner, Július Kuszmann Jr. This building is known as hotel Tatry.
The exclusive apartments are being build through a careful reconstruction of the original historical building but their architecture in common areas will be enlivened with a newer art deco style. There will be one and two bedrooms apartments for sale with an area from 43 sqm to 91 sqm. Modern smart technologies will be used in the apartments which will take care of comfort, safety and allow you to control your apartment even when you are not actively using it.
In the basement of the building will be a stylish bakery with a pastry shop and a small restaurant offering craft beer produced by Pálffy Brauerei (PaB) in conjunction with high-quality gastronomy with the signature of hotel Lomnica.
