About Mazor :
Mazor (Hebrew: a cure) is a moshav (cooperative agricultural smallholders’ settlement) in the Central District of Israel, covering 2,300 dunams. Located three kilometers south-east of Petah Tikva, 13 kilometers from Tel Aviv. Accessible to highways 6, 471, and 40, which provide easy access to all parts of Israel. That's in addition to the light rail station that is being built at the entrance to Mazor and the Israel Railway station which will be open on the west side.
The moshav was established in 1949 by Jewish immigrants from Hungary and Czechoslovakia. It was named Mazor in honor of the medicinal herb factory, which was established in Mazor.
Today, the settlement includes 81 farms (estates). A residential area – private homes with adjacent lots (lot A) - is located in the center of the village. On the eastern side are lots B and C.
The main industries that the residents focus on farming - plantations, orchards, flowers, vegetables, and chicken coops as well. Some of the residents are engaged in various jobs outside Mazor.
