This luxurious residence, known as Towanda, is situated on one of the highest lots in Belmont Estate which makes for both a breezy and truly expansive view of the ocean, the beach, the nearby islands, plenty of daylight and the gorgeous sunset.
Towanda is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private estate villa with large pool on approximately an acre of land. With just a few minutes drive to several of the island's best beaches, a short 5-minute drive to Soper's Hole Marina, a soon to be rebuilt major government ferry terminal , a marina to keep your boat, several gift shops, restaurants, coffee shop, and even a grocery store.
