Light and love flow into and out of this delightful home on Pemaquid Point close to the iconic lighthouse. Pemaquid Point has endlessly entertained folks since the 1800's with it's open ocean views, crashing waves, and intriguing rock formations. Proximity to the ocean moderates the weather so that it's 10 degrees warmer in the winter and 10 degrees cooler in the summer. Folks come daily to stroll around ''The Loop'' enjoying the many sights and sounds....cozy homes, lush gardens, sea birds, lobstermen hauling their traps, boats rounding the Point as they cruise on Downeast, maybe even a big lazy sunfish or a whale.... Back in 1888 the Pemaquid Land Company devised a plan to lay out a summer community. Today that community is finding strength year around.
