Local architect Pearce Scott partnered with the current owners to build the main house, guest house, and cottage in 2019. The Calibogue Sound, a part of the Intracoastal Waterway, stretches across the front of the property, while the frontage on Broad Creek includes a deepwater dock. Following a lane lined with live oak trees and through a set of pillars designating the private drive, the main house rests on the area’s peninsula.
This estate is imbued with touches of luxury and stature. The foyer showcases reclaimed Heart Pine planks, which expand throughout the home and open to the dining room.
