This property is a modern luxury villa in the hills of Laem Yai that takes the term ‘uninterrupted views’ to a whole new level with some of the best on Samui.
This spacious villa has been beautifully designed to maximize the wow factor of its location and spectacular, unparallel led views of Nathon Bay. The layout and the size of the property make it ideal for large families and couples sharing and the outdoor living areas are ideal for celebrations and entertaining. On the entrance level to the villa you will find three, private, covered off- road parking spaces. Double wooden doors open onto a small terrace and a small private garden that leads down to the swimming pool. The covered entrance to the villa has double doors that open into the main living/dining area.
The views from the enormous picture window in the main living area are simply breathtaking. To the left of the first floor, has a flat panel TV, a sumptuous sofa and an entertainment centre comprising of a large flat panel TV, surround sound, a DVD player and satellite connection. Two double patio doors lead onto a balcony area where the incredible views can be enjoyed. Bedroom four that is accessed from the lounge shares the same spectacular views and features a comfortable king-size bed, a seating area, a desk, flat panel TV, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.
