On the first floor you will find the cozy living area, the fully equipped kitchen and access to the garden with terrace and furniture, where you can enjoy the salty Sylt air. During the summer months, a beach chair is available on the terrace. The living area invites you with a cozy sofa and armchair to sociable game evenings or exciting movie fun on the flat TV. Relax in the rocking chair next to the closed design fireplace or start the day relaxed with a delicious breakfast with family and friends at the modern dining table. Fancy dinners for your loved ones are also possible thanks to the ultra-modern kitchen equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, as well as a second refrigerator and a wine rack.
