This beautiful villa located in the south of Porto-Vecchio, in the private park of Cala d’Oro, offers spectacular views on the Gulf of Santa Giulia and easy access to the beach ( 140m). Recently renovated and built on two levels, the villa offers 450m2 of living spaces. The entrance, opens onto the living area of the villa: a large living room/dining room, a comfortable TV corner, beautifully fitted kitchen and a storage room with cold room. High quality furniture and furnishings have been successfully chosen with nice taste. This level is very bright thanks to large bay windows opening onto a beautiful teak terraces partly covered and facing the sea and the protected swimming pool. On the same level, on the left of the entrance, you'll find three bedrooms, each with a private shower room. From the corridor you can take a first staircase going up to the upper level with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An another staircase goes to the master bedroom with a dressing and a spacious bathroom. This bedroom has a lovely terrace and an amazing seaview. In the garden, under the pool, there is a TV/games room. An additionnal independant bedroom and a shower room can be easily used by the staff of the villa. You will enjoy multiple half-covered terraces which offers great possibility to enjoy breathtaking views any time of the day.
