This monumental villa, with a volume of approximately 1,900 m³, showcases Gothic architectural artistry. Constructed entirely from marlstone in 1825 by the Maastricht banking family Tielens, it is nestled within a beautifully landscaped park-like garden. From the basement to the tower, this unique property offers 458 m² of usable space, providing complete privacy while being just a short walk from the vibrant center of Valkenburg and the train station (with a 10-minute journey to central Maastricht).
Architectural Highlights
The high arched doors and windows are characteristic of the Gothic style. The soft yellow hue of the marlstone imparts a majestic appearance, emblematic of Valkenburg. Upon entering through the gate, you are embraced by the serene garden spanning 2,930 m².
