It's all about the view and location. Unique Recreation Residence Cabin in the San Bernardino National Forest. One of the larger cabins on the market with 2 bedrooms and a large loft upstairs. As you enter the cabin, you'll notice the beautiful native rock fireplace as the focal point of the living room. A breakfast bar separates the living room from the kitchen. There is a separate dining room off the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, cabinets plus a pantry. Down the hall are 2 roomy bedrooms and at the end of the hall is the 3/4 bath. Upstairs is a dormitory-style loft bedroom with 4 twin beds. Relax on the wraparound deck and enjoy the filtered lake view through the mature pines. Only 1.5 miles from the hamlet of Fawnskin and close to the free Launch Ramp. Walk across the road and throw a line in the water. Some unique features are a detached garage, year-round access and it's connected to a public sewer system. A large storage shed is behind the cabin. If this becomes your cabin, you'll most likely see our famous bald eagles; Jackie and Shadow. Their nest is nearby. These cabins cannot be rented out as AirBnB's, nor is there bank financing.
