This is a great starter home or a good choice for someone that wants to improve and resell for a profit. It has a good functional layout, all bedrooms have closets and none are walk through.. The windows are all replaced and the boiler and water heater appear to be in good shape. The electric panel was upgraded to 100 amp breakers but some of the lights are pull chain. There's a nice back porch, decent back yard that is fenced and paved rear access with additional parking. The mortgage is far less that one would pay in rent. It's easy to see too.
