The finishing touches have just been completed on what is arguably the most luxurious penthouse in the state of Connecticut. The apartment's views of the salt marsh & L.I. Sound from its high vantage point are mesmerizing. The attention to detail and the custom construction of this unique unit is extraordinary. The only apartment on the top floor of the Chittenden building, it's the last to be constructed at the prestigious Residences at 66 High Street.
