Located at the heart of the prestigious Domaine de Sperone in Bonifacio, this villa boasts superb sea views and privileged access to the famous golf course. Its architecture, emblematic of the estate, has recently been sublimated by a meticulous renovation that preserves its character and authenticity. The ever-present wood creates a warm, refined atmosphere, where comfort and conviviality come together harmoniously. Spanning 650 m² over three levels, the villa offers light-filled living spaces extended by vast red cedar terraces, ideal for admiring the exceptional panoramic views over the Lavezzi islands and the island of Cavallo. The first level houses the living areas: a spacious lounge, a dining room and a large open-plan kitchen. A fully equipped studio and two separate bedrooms, each with en suite shower room and WC, are accessed via a private patio. The lower level houses two further generous bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC. A vast summer lounge, designed to be transformed into a gym or meditation area, leads up a staircase to two elegant suites. One has a bath, the other a shower. On the same level, a 13 x 4 metre swimming pool overlooks the villa and offers spectacular panoramic sea views. Equipment Oven, fridge/freezer, garden furniture, air conditioning throughout the villa, private swimming pool (4x13m) secured by roller shutter. Miscellaneous / Services Linen provided and changed once a week, 4 hours daily cleaning 6/7 days.
