Likely a duplex at one point (now zoned R-1 single family), this home was has a symmetrical layout (see matterport and floor plan) with living spaces at the street and the bedroom, kitchen, and baths at the rear. The interior has desirable architectural details and finishes that are typical of the region with plaster walls, patinated hardwood floors, smaller fenestrations to mitigate heat gain in the summer and 8' ceilings to retain warmth in the winter.
