At the heart of 7 Ha (807,300 sq.ft )of mostly olive groves and arable land, there are 3 buildings which have been restored and that now provide accommodation for up to 29 guests.
A restored traditional Marche farmhouse with 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a drawing room, a portico and a terrace.
A cottage with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen diner.

In the very well maintained garden, as well as a pool with a large solarium with superb views of the gentle hills, there are several covered patios to relax under or to eat al fresco.
The property is a few minutes from the medieval provincial capital of Fermo, a city that has all manner of picturesque restaurants, bars and shops as well as essential services such as the hospital. The motorway and the closest beaches are in Porto San Giorgio which is 20 minutes away and the international airport of Ancona is about 1 hour away.
Although set up as an agriturismo and a place to hold events, the property could easily be reconverted to a large family home with guest cottages.
