One month minimum rental term for non-Members/non-Residents. $8000 for Nov & Dec; 10,500 for Jan thru April; $500/night if less than 30 days.
Tenant must pay 14.02% Lodging Tax in addition to the Base Rent.
Pool heat, at Tenant;s option, is $200/ week or $30/day.
