Nestled in downtown Pietermaai, lies Las Olas, a residential seafront apartment building with a 14x4m shared in-ground pool. Located on the second floor, the 250sq m unit includes 3-beds, 4-baths, covered balcony, and secure parking for 2 cars.

The entry to the apartment brings you into the heart of the interior space where you can flow around the circular corridor in either direction. Directly across lies a convenient full bathroom with toilet, vanity with storage and walk-in shower.

First, walking left, toward the sea, you meet a walk-in closet and changing area with plenty of floor to ceiling cupboards. This could be an optional fourth bedroom. Continuing toward the floor to ceiling glass windows and doors you enter the combined living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is to the right with cooker island, retractable extractor fan, and sink. A full range of Gaggenau appliances and integrated fridge conveniently punctuate the floor to ceiling kitchen cabinetry. Extras include a steam oven and wine fridge.

The central dining area with space for an 8-seater table connects to the TV/lounge area. The sliding glass doors on either side of the kitchen/living area lead to the inviting covered balcony. Fitted with pull-down sun blinds, the grand balcony runs the entire length of the apartment. The captivating Caribbean Sea views are the star of the show supported by an incomparable BBQ and entertaining space.

Back at the entry to the right are the bedrooms. The L-shaped master suite occupies this entire corner of the apartment. The grand sleeping area has a vanity in one corner. The en-suite bathroom has the toilet and walk-in shower. The opposite corner, accessed via a separate corridor, leads to the remaining two bedrooms. First the largest, half the size of the master, also with vanity inside the sleeping area. The en-suite bathroom has the shower and toilet. Two further rooms include a single bedroom, currently used as an office, and a separate full bathroom.

There is plenty of space to entertain family and friends while enjoying the exquisite view, especially at sunset. The floors throughout are all marble.
