This exceptional private estate spans over 800 hectares and is nestled between Almodóvar del Río and Posadas, in the stunning Hornachuelos mountains of Córdoba. It is bordered by the serene Breña Reservoir and lush Mediterranean forest, offering both beauty and privacy.
The estate is home to a thriving oak and cork oak forest, yielding about 6,000 quintals of cork every nine years. In the most recent harvest (2021-2022), this generated approximately 500,000 euros in revenue. The leased organic pastures add 50,000 euros annually. Furthermore, the estate raises between 400 and 500 Iberian pigs each year, contributing 40,000 euros to its income.
The property is licensed for three annual driven hunts and allows selective hunting year-round. It offers both big game (wild boar, deer, and roe deer) and small game (partridge, wood pigeon, hare, and rabbit). There are 15 feeders strategically placed throughout the property, a game fence, and 70 kilometres of well-maintained internal roads.
Water resources on the estate are robust, featuring two dams with capacities of 60,000 and 25,000 cubic meters, along with eight wells. The buildings cover a total of 2,500 square meters and include a main house with 12 en-suite bedrooms, a 490-square-meter staff residence, and two additional dwellings.
Certified as an organic estate, the property is entirely self-sustaining, generating around 200,000 euros in annual revenue.
Conveniently located just 30 minutes from the high-speed train station in Córdoba and less than an hour from Seville Airport, the estate also provides helicopter access and is close to a private airport.
