The property is located on the hills above the city of Verbania-Intra, facing South West with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. The Park, with its walkways made of small pebbles, lets you admire the beauty of the roses climbing up on the terrace of the façade of the Villa and of the amphorae and the camellias along the path towards the pool and the relaxation area. It consists of an outdoor kitchen with dining area and services, and overhanging solarium to enjoy the garden in all its breadth and the view of the Lake in the summer. In the garden there is also an outbuilding that has been converted into a loft reminding to a farmstead with chimney and services, and a second guest house with two apartments that can host a keeper year-round, the garage and the convenient area to access the property from the main road. The architectural details, perfectly maintained, internally and externally, show the work of restoration of the building: they maintain continuity with the recently restored and recovered areas of the House.
