We offer to buy an apartment with a spacious terrace in the quiet center of Riga - in the area of Art Nouveau architecture and embassies. The house was built in an eclectic style in 1878 according to the project of the Latvian architect J. F. Baumanis. The building has been completely renovated, with two courtyards created - a closed back yard that can accommodate 5-6 cars and a beautiful and spacious front garden. The house has 7 apartments and one commercial space as well as two stairs: main and back, additionally, an elevator was built in the building during the reconstruction.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a fireplace, an isolated kitchen with a dining area, four isolated bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a storage room.
