Splendid villa in Capalbio with enchanting views of the countryside and the distant sea, nestled in the traditional Tuscan landscape.
The property is secluded and a short distance from Capalbio, the charming medieval village situated on a hill and only 7 km from the sea. The residence can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, with a maximum of 12 guests allowed, including the staff annex.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a kitchen, an indoor and outdoor dining room, a large covered outdoor living area, a laundry room, and an apartment for the service staff.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor with four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, while on the ground floor, there is an annex with two en suite bedrooms.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful typical Mediterranean garden with a splendid pool and a tennis court, set within 55 hectares of olive groves and vineyards.
Among the offered amenities are air conditioning in all first-floor rooms, WiFi connection in the main house, TV, and stereo.
The available staff includes a full-time gardener responsible for the pool six days a week and a housekeeper responsible for cleaning and cooking on a set schedule. Linen change is provided once a week, and upon guest request, an additional dry-cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost.
