The elegant medieval village of Serravalle is known for its ancient noble palaces, castles, towers, and historic noble residences, which, together with the cobblestone streets and the refined Piazza Flaminio, give it significant historical and artistic value. Among the different buildings, this monumental 15th-century palace stands out, located between the square and the historic theater, the cultural heart of the town. Perfectly preserved, it features a high degree of stylistic consistency maintained over the centuries. Its imposing main facade still shows traces of frescoes and features two central biforas, a small balcony, and a lintel portico. The property, declared a heritage site of cultural interest, has a large private inner courtyard accessible through the portico and spans four levels: the ground floor, currently commercial but convertible; the "piano nobile," rich in stuccoes, frescoes, and fireplaces with a sumptuous central hall; the second floor, also of noble setting, characterized by spacious and bright rooms; and finally the large attic. The palace offers pleasant views of the surrounding mountains, the sanctuary, and the village. Additionally, it is well connected to all the services in nearby Vittorio Veneto, from where Treviso, Venice, or the Dolomites can be easily and quickly reached.
