With a living area of around 440 m2, this magnificent villa designed by the famous French designer Ora Ïto is distinguished by its architectural lines, its level of equipment and the meticulous attention paid to every detail. It is laid out on several levels. On the first floor, a vast living room, a dining room and a large open-plan kitchen open onto a large terrace facing the sea. Two master bedrooms complete the ensemble. The pool level distributes four en suite bedrooms as well as a staff bedroom and a cinema room. The villa is furnished with designer furniture and decorative elements, often custom-made. Finally, the 18x4 m swimming pool is secure and blends perfectly into the carefully landscaped garden, which also features a pétanque court... Access to the turquoise waters of Pinarello beach via a footpath (350m) confirms the villa's exceptional character.
