Enter through a bespoke wrought iron portal into a spacious main hall, leading to various beautifully appointed rooms, each echoing the art-deco theme with modern twists. The living area boasts 3.75-meter high ceilings adorned with corner plaster decorations, meticulously sourced by the owners to honor the pre-war aesthetic. The centerpiece of the living room is an inverted chandelier inspired by the iconic Chrysler Building, creating a dramatic focal point above the custom-designed three-meter dining table with its pine legs painted black to match the elegant decor.
The kitchen combines functionality with art-deco style, featuring high cabinets and an island designed and crafted by Kamila Gutowska, presenting a modern interpretation of the period’s luxury.
