A Home for now as always – on an island in the middle of town
The corner house at Lilla Essingen is not quite like other houses. It is a landmark where every layout, balcony and interior detail creates a whole. A landmark that gives you views in all directions, while being intimate and secluded.
In close collaboration with Varg Arkitekter, Patriam is building fourteen generous homes with the pulse of the city around the corner and the waterfront just a few steps away. The interior design concept is designed to match the facade of the house. Earthy and natural materials result in a balanced and calming whole. It will be an interior that slows down the pace and allows you to fully enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the home.
