Located in the heart of the Barrio Histórico, or Old City, of Colonia del Sacramento, this property spans a total area of 480 m². It comprises the main house, covering 142 m² with a 46 m² terrace, a garden of 248 m², and a separate complete house of 35 m². This guest cottage, featuring an independent entrance, is also connected to the main house through the garden. Uniquely, the property includes a garage, a rarity in the Old City. The main house underwent comprehensive renovations in 2009, including updates to sanitation, electrical systems, ceilings, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. The guest cottage received significant upgrades a few years later.
