Spread over two levels, Malvasia consists of three independent suites and a 90-square-meter living area.
On the upper floor, there are two more suites overlooking the sea-view terrace; on the lower floor, the last suite and the living area are located, both with direct access to the portico and garden. Each suite, approximately 90 square meters, comprises two double bedrooms, two finely decorated shower bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a living room with a small kitchen. The communal living area consists of a main kitchen, a lounge area, and a dining room.
The strength of Villa Malvasia lies in its outdoor spaces.
From the portico, ideal for dining or relaxing while enjoying the splendid view of the village rooftops and the azure sky and sea, you can access the garden. Citrus plants and fragrant flowers frame the 12-meter-long and 6-meter-wide infinity pool and the surrounding area, equipped with a bar and pergola for al fresco dining.
Perfectly integrated into the vegetation, two small buildings house the technical room and the laundry.
Villa Malvasia is also an art studio, hosting a series of works by contemporary artists in collaboration with the Milanese art gallery Fabbrica Eos, enriching the various spaces with unexpected visions.
