Ama Terrace is a hilltop luxury retreat complete with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, six ensuite bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests, vaulted ceilings, a saltwater infinity pool, outdoor bar, indoor and outdoor areas to dine, lounge, and play, a fully equipped TechnoGym, table tennis, yoga pavilion and outdoor jacuzzi. Your stay is complemented by a fully dedicated concierge, housekeeping team, and chef on-call to create the vacation of a lifetime.
The interior design of villa Ama Terrace is a celebration of contemporary style, with Balinese woodwork featured throughout, sleek furniture, neutral tones, and natural stone accents. All six bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with plush white bedding and colorful Japanese accents. Designed for true indoor/outdoor living, each bedroom features its own private or semi-private outdoor patio accessible by massive glass doors, and the interior living and dining space opens directly onto the outdoor pool and entertaining space.
Ama Terrace features six bedrooms in total, four in the main house and two suites directly adjacent in the cottages. Each bedroom in the main house is appointed with Smart TVs, air conditioning, fans, large closets, ensuite bathrooms with dual vanities and rainfall showers, an outdoor patio, dual outlets (US and UK), and USB sockets. Additionally, the master suite features a soaking jacuzzi tub and spa shower. Entertaining is made easy at this villa with Sonos speakers throughout, a 75-inch Smart TV in the media room, indoor dining and covered outdoor dining, a saltwater infinity pool, an outdoor bar, and an indoor wet bar. Wellness is at the center of the design with a fully equipped Technogym and a yoga pavilion overlooking the sea.
Located directly adjacent to the main villa, the cottage features two self-contained suites, one on each floor. Each suite includes an open living plan, large closets, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms, a full kitchen and dining room, Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living spaces, and large patios with unobstructed ocean views.
Ama Terrace Villa is nestled on the hillside of the Sugar Ridge luxury gated community on Antigua’s west coast. This convenient location is a short trip to several amenities, including many of Antigua’s best beaches and restaurants.

Rates for the full villa start at $4,000 USD per night plus 17% government tax and a 10% service charge. A Tourism Guest Levy of $5 USD per guest per night will be charged on departure (subject to change without notice).
The entire property can be rented, or depending on seasonality and availability, the main house and cottage can be rented separately. Guests who rent the cottage separately will not have access to the main villa amenities such as the pool, outdoor jacuzzi, gym, etc.
This villa is perfect for families or groups of friends, but we do not allow children under 12 years of age.
