Casa Monkey Hill is a tropical style compound with huge views of Playa Guiones. Located a short way up the hill, but set out on a western facing ridge, Casa Monkey Hill boasts one of Las Huacas’ best views, allowing guests to check the surf at any of Playa Guiones many peaks. The property is nestled amongst native hardwoods that frame and provide shade on the decks and pool area, a rare treat, that can only be accomplished with the passage of time. The Monkey Hill compound is made up of two homes. The main home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with a newly built master suite. All bedrooms have stunning views of the beach and community below. The main kitchen and dining area opens to a teak deck that is at canopy level.
