A few steps from the famous Via Camerelle, set in the greenery of its centuries-old park, we find this monumental estate from the early 1900s. The villa stands imposingly in the heart of the park that extends from the center of Capri to the outer ridge overlooking the Faraglioni. The tree-lined entrance, which leads us to the property, catches the eye thanks to the suggestive view over Marina Piccola's bay. Both the elegant living room and the dining room overlook a wonderful terrace from which, in addition to the enchanting sea view, you can enjoy the panorama of Capri's village, a natural nativity scene suspended between greenery and sea. On the first floor we also find a spacious kitchen, a guest bedroom with bathroom, and the uber panoramic master suite with two accesses to the terraces, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and sauna.
The lower floor consists of another wide living room and two other bedrooms with bathrooms. A guest bathroom, a staff area and a laundry room complete the villa. A few steps from the main villa we find also a small dependance with bathroom and kitchen. A breathtaking terrace with a classic Capri colonnade frames the view of the Faraglioni. The property has an authorization already issued for the construction of a swimming pool.
