A modern and contemporary farmhouse immersed in the Maremma hills with incredible 180 degree views from the Tuscan coast to the countryside and just outside of the fascinating medieval town of Capalbio. A unique combination for those who want to relax in the countryside but also bask in the beautiful beaches nearby.
Facilities for guests include a large swimming pool with pergola, lounge area, bar with barbecue and dining table, or additional outdoor spaces such as a patio with lounge and dining table and a courtyard and balcony to relax and take in the views.
Indoor features include a spacious main living room on ground floor and a living room with fireplace and flat TV, an indoor dining room and a fully-equipped gym.
