This unique property is situated above the harbour, in the middle of its own hill of almost 5000m2 and in the centre of the most authentic fishing village of our coastline. Its elevated position gives it beautiful 360 degree views of the harbour, the sea, the mountains and the beach.
The first part of the house was built in the 40's, in the following decades it was extended. It has six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a separate kitchen on one floor, as well as a guest apartment in the basement. The rounded living room with its wooden beams and panoramic views is the centerpiece of the house.
Outside, there are garden areas and two swimming pools, one of them with sea water. There is the possibility to extend and modernize the house according to town planning regulations. The property adjoins the harbour and the beach which are just below the hill. Restaurants and bars are only a few steps away.
