Nestled 4 km from the charming medieval town of Figeac, in a peaceful 14th-century hamlet, this magnificent property has been running a B&B and 2 independent gîtes for almost 20 years, welcoming an average of a thousand guests between April and September alone. Over 500 m² of living space on 4,500 m² of land in a dominant position, offering exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
