A 5 minute walk from the center of town we present this wonderful house, special for its architecture while maintaining an artistic structure that today are no longer seen. We highlight of this incredible house its fantastic views totally clear to the sea, mountains and Barcelona. The house enjoys a lot of light because apart from its large windows an inner courtyard offers natural light to the rest of the house and small slopes that gives the rooms more privacy, being all together but each in its own space.
The house has 310m2 built divided into two floors; On the main floor we have the large entrance hall and from the entrance is where the inner courtyard opens, showing to the right the kitchen, dining room and exit to the terrace and barbecue and to the left, the living room with slope, fireplace and extraordinary views with access to the garden and the sleeping area with four bedrooms, one of them the Master-Suit with dressing room, large bathroom and sea views, the other three double bedrooms, sloping ceilings and lots of charm share a bathroom.
