This is the largest private island in Brazil, situated along the coastline of Angra dos Reis, comprising an extensive area of preserved Atlantic Forest and beaches with calm and clear waters. It’s the only island with an approved airstrip, a private beach and a harbor for large ships. The first level of the island has a gourmet area with a bar and a barbecue grill, a swimming pool, a steam room, a games room, a home cinema, a bathroom with two sinks and a shower, and a deck overlooking an amazing view of the sunset. The unique buildings follow a Mediterranean style, comprising six bungalows with views of the swimming pool area or the native forest. The main building constitutes the living area, which consists of three distinct rooms, namely two sitting rooms, one of them with a fireplace, and a dining room, as well as two kitchens and a service area. The remaining bungalows comprise the bedrooms, as follows: one bungalow is the master bedroom, which has a private sitting room, a whirlpool bath, two balconies and a double-vanity bathroom; one bungalow comprises three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms; two bungalows contain two bedrooms each, also en-suite; and one bungalow is a guest bedroom, also with private bathroom. The island has golf cart transportation, tennis courts, space for new buildings, natural water supply, and electric generators for the energy supply. There is the possibility of installing solar panels.
