On the hills of Arezzo's Chianti, a few km from the city center, this farm has become organic since 2017. A villa that bases its origins on a property from the 1600s and was completely restored in 2007 when it became a housing facility. At the entrance the cypress avenue welcomes you to the property with the typical Tuscan feel. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant, surrounded by greenery and vineyards, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility. There are 4 buildings, the villa, two small independent units dedicated to the housing business and the spa and cellar area. The business has 13 bedrooms divided into thirteen suites including 2 mini-apartments, on the ground floor of the villa there is the restaurant with seats 35 as well as the large external terrace of 333m2 in addition to the 192m2 gazebo which together with a further 128m2 in front of the cellar, can host events up to 600 people. In the restaurant the small brick vaults on the ceiling remain intact, while the rest of the structure has been entirely modernized with contemporary furnishings and fixtures. The company is eco-friendly as it has 78 kw of photovoltaic panels, 6 solar panels for hot water connected to the spa and the cellar as well as a pond of approx. 3000m2 and a swimming pool. A dream place that only needs to be reopened and put into operation, ideal for continuing the hospitality business as set by the property or even to make it a private estate hosting events, artists, conventions while producing excellent Tuscan products.
