Sitting on a quiet and tree-lined street, this house was completely refurbished and adapted into a boutique hotel with a great infrastructure, both for residential and commercial purposes. The first floor comprises a beautifully decorated lounge area with an integrated kitchen, a half bath and a wide veranda with a privileged view of Rio’s landscape. The sleeping area, on the second and third floors, has six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, also decorated, most with their own balconies. All rooms are spacious and full of natural light. Outside, there is a swimming pool on a terrace surrounded by trees.
