Casa Mandacaru is located in Altos de Trancoso, a midtown gated community only a few feet away from Praia dos Coqueiros. The house was built in the first blocks of the community, on a cliff, enjoying a beautiful view of the ocean. The living area stands on a wooden deck that surrounds the pool area and comprises several rooms, including a living and a dining room, interconnected by a veranda that holds a pool table and a bar. The outdoor area is extensive and features, in addition to the swimming pool, a garden with plenty of local flora, a wide lawn and a firepit by the edge of the cliff, overlooking the ocean.
