The villa is located 500 meters from the famous Piazzetta and 10 minutes from the beaches of Marina Piccola.
The area is very central close to the road for taxis and buses and 3 minutes from the supermarket. The villa has WIFI, TV and air conditioning, 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 10.
The villa hosted some of Capri's most celebrated celebrity parties and is a haven for luxury, privacy and exclusivity. Despite being in the heart if Capri t is an exclusive oasis of tranquility with classic interiors of the 50s and luxurious antique furniture.
The villa has a lovely garden with a comfortable outdoor living space. The well-kept garden is about 500 square meters and boasts a number of Mediterranean plants, in the garden there is a 4 meter hydro-massage bath.

Through a series of glass French doors, you have direct access to the main terrace and gardens. The second bedroom also enjoys an en-suite bathroom and separate walk-in closet with an additional single bed, ideal for a child or teenager. Views from the window are of the surrounding gardens.
The lower floor also enjoys independent access to the street. Entering the apartment, you will find a cozy living room, 3 bedrooms two double and one twin. Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, while the third bathroom has a large shower room. The lower level also houses a separate service area with a washing machine, sink and everything you need for basic cleaning. All the modern comforts you are used to at home, such as TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning are located in the villa.
