The property is located in a preserved valley ten minutes from Paraty, which was recently declared a world heritage site because of its culture and biodiversity. The property has a total of three buildings with a balinese style, a rustic log structure, burnt cement flooring and wood panel ceiling. The main house comprises a wide living area surrounded by a veranda built on a wide wooden deck, an open-plan kitchen, a guest bath and a bedroom. On the second floor, which is accessed by a U-shaped wooden staircase, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a balcony and a walk-in closet. The second building is a cottage used as a guest house, comprising a living room with a veranda, an open-plan kitchen, a futon and a bathroom. The third building is a small house with a living area, a kitchen with a wood burning stove, a bedroom and a bathroom. The property has fiber internet connection and covered parking for two cars. The outdoor area has a dog kennel, several fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The showers are heated by solar energy and the water is provided by the local spring. Price upon request.
