Villa at Boroncana

This stunning 2 story villa is located in the nice and quiet area at Noord in Aruba named Boroncana.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, apartment, toilet, workspace and living area. The kitchen is spacious with a big sink and black stone countertop. The living room opens into a beautiful garden with a jacuzzi, outside you will also find the laundry room, a working space, an extra bathroom, and a shed.

The one-bedroom apartment/guesthouse has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living area. It’s great for having friends over, you will have them close but still have a lot of privacy.

The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom having its own bathroom and walk-in closet. From the master bedroom you can get to the side porch that oversees the garden. On the second floor you can notice in the hallway and bedrooms, nice cement work done with the floors, method used in the old days in Aruba.

There is also a tiled porch in the front with plenty of space to hang a hammock and enjoy the Aruban breeze overlooking at one side the high-rise hotel area and the other side nature.
The thought after details, like cement beams & floors, the use of local stone, gives this villa a unique character.
