The complex comprises a town house and an independent flat. The main house has 4 stories and a total surface area of approx. 380 m². The ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading on one side to an office with its own entrance and on the other to a dining kitchen opening on to a Japanese garden. On the first floor, the spacious reception rooms feature a lounge and dining room. The two-storey sleeping area includes the master bedroom with a double dressing room and en suite bathroom, as well as two further bedrooms with separate bathrooms.
