There are so many outdoor amenities that can be enjoyed at this home, sitting on the back deck to enjoy the views, outside waterfront dining, playing games on the large grass back yard, soaking up the sun on the beach, or going for a swim, kayaking, or paddle boarding. The sunsets are unforgettable. This home has central air conditioning and can comfortably sleep 8 individuals. There is a finished lower level for additional space. The home is within close proximity of desirable Old Silver Beach and downtown Falmouth for dining and shopping.
