Mountains Farm is a substantial newly built country house designed with the greatest attention to detail. Particular importance has been paid to retaining the period architectural details of an Essex farmhouse with rendered elevations under a clay tiled roof. Internally the house has four levels with concrete floors and under floor heating centred around an impressive reception hall with a sweeping cantilevered limestone staircase. The main reception rooms are light and spacious and all with commanding views over the surrounding countryside.Mountains Farm is an exceptional example of a blend between a traditional farmhouse and contemporary living. The house has been presented to an extremely high standard and includes the latest technology exemplified by the automated heating and lighting system, together with integrated music system throughout the house, swimming pool complex and both patio areas.Such thought has been put into designing the house that there are engineered timber floors, solid green oak doors throughout the house, steel lined flues for each open fireplace as well as a ventilation system.On the lower ground floor there is a home cinema system fitted with a Barco projector system, M&K speakers and a Denon cinema amplifier.
