Located in a privileged corner of the Historic Center, restored by architects Renato Tavolaro and Sérgio Santouro, the property is very refined and in good taste. The colonial-style property has a total area of 450m² and 372m² of beautiful construction, with unique decoration, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking a beautiful garden.
