Have you been looking for a building plot in a quiet and private location by the sea, about half an hour's drive from the center of Helsinki? If so, this peninsula on Skutholmen near Björnsö in Helsinki, Bergisholmen, may be what you are looking for.

The terrain of this plot is excellent for construction, relatively flat rocky ground at the highest point. The sun shines on the plot's highest point all day, but the old pines provide protection from the sun if desired. Part of the terrain is beautiful mountain cliffs, part is a grove-like terrain.

In the north and east the plot borders to the sea, in the south to a recreation area and on the west side it is quite far to the next neighbour. The plot's total area is 1.3479 hectares with a building right for a 600m2 main building and an 80m2 side building.

In connection with the plot, a limited area from the property Skutholmsvatten located on the eastern side of the plot is also for sale, which means that the plot will have its own water area and its own beachfront to the east. On the north side, the plot borders to a nature reserve, which also extends to a small extent to the beach area of the plot which is now for sale.
