Located at the end of a closed street, very safe, 10 minutes from the south side of Praia de Maresias, close to the center with bars and restaurants. Light house with many openings in glass and wood, Gui Mattos project. Surrounded by landscaping by Gil Fialho. A river cuts through the property, it was dammed forming a natural pool. In the main house, integrated environments provide greater coexistence, facing nature. In the intimate area, there are three suites, as the master is the junction of two and an office overlooking the sea. There is a compact secondary house with two bedrooms, a bathroom and integrated living room/kitchen. It has a caretaker's house, who lives there. Parking for six cars and storage for bicycles and beach equipment.
